Hi there! I’m Lydia, your guide to the delicious world of plant-based eating. Over 20 years have shaped my journey with plant-based living, turning my passion into a mission: to make whole-food, plant-based cooking a joyful and effortless part of your daily life. Certified in Plant-Based Nutrition from the renowned T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell, I’ve also authored several digital cookbooks and created courses that inspire a healthier, plant-based lifestyle.

My own transformation—losing nearly 100 lbs and shifting from diet culture to a focus on well-being—fuels my dedication. When does the course start and finish?

The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.


How do I access the course?

Everything is online! You will receive your own log-in to access the videos, cookbooks, or shopping list. 


How long do I have access to the course?

How does "lifetime access" sound? After enrolling, you will have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. You will have access to the course as long as you are an active member. If you discontinue your monthly or annual membership, you will still have access to everything up until your expiration date, and thereafter you will no longer be billed for the following month or year.


What if I'm already a plant-based or vegan, will this course help me?

Maybe. This course is a vault of all of the Plant-Based Food Coach's recipes. We have a lot of videos and recipes, so we are pretty sure you'll find favorites as well as new inspiration! And hey, if after the first month, you don't want to continue, no problem. The membership is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time.


What if I am unhappy with the course?

We certainly don’t want you to be unhappy, which is why we have a happiness guarantee. If you do not like the academy, you can cancel within 7 days and get a refund. No hard feelings.



What are your cancellation and refund policies?

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time by going into your account and canceling your subscription.

If you sign up for the monthly membership and realize in 7 days it's not for you, simply cancel and you will be refunded. If you go past the first 7 days of your membership, you will be charged for the full month. But don't worry. Simply cancel, and we will stop charging your account the following billing cycle, so your access will continue for the remainder of the current four-week period.

We will of course be sorry to see you go, but understand that circumstances change.
